Return and Exchange Policy – CYOU Store

At CYOU , committed to customer satisfaction and maintaining trust, we offer a clear and flexible return and exchange policy designed to ensure a safe and worry-free shopping experience. We kindly ask our customers to carefully read the following terms before completing any return or exchange:


⏳ First: The time period for returns and exchanges

  • The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days of the date of receiving the order .
  • Customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the desire to return or exchange.
  • The shipping label designated for return or exchange is issued with a validity of only 48 hours , and it is automatically cancelled after the expiry of this period.
  • If the customer fails to deliver the item to the shipping company within the specified period, the order is considered void and he is not entitled to demand a reissue.

Second: Conditions for accepting returns or exchanges

To ensure acceptance of the return or exchange, the following must be adhered to:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, completely unused and undamaged.
  2. Keep the original packaging and all product accessories (such as bags or tags).
  3. Do not cut or remove the adhesive tape from the piece .
  4. The piece must be free from any external odors (perfumes, incense, smoke), traces of makeup , or signs of wear.
  5. Attach a copy of the invoice with the returned item.
  6. If the order includes gifts or free products as part of a promotional offer , they must be returned with the main product.
  7. The customer is entitled to an exchange only once , and his right to return is forfeited after the exchange.

Third: Products not covered by the return and exchange policy

  • Products included in special offers such as:
  • "The Outlet".
  • "Deal of the week".
  • "Major Discounts".
  • Any product that has been used, in whole or in part.
  • Products that were not shipped within the policy's validity period (48 hours).
  • Orders sent outside of Saudi Arabia

Fourth: Payment and Refund Methods

  • No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
  • Available refund methods:
  • Credit card (the value is returned to the same card).
  • Bank transfer (a valid IBAN certificate in the customer's name is required).
  • Installment payment systems: Tabby | Tamara | MIS Pay .
  • Receiving the payment takes between 7 and 24 working days , depending on the policy of the bank or financial institution.

Fifth: Fees payable by the customer

  • Cash on delivery service fee: 15 Saudi Riyals .
  • Return fees: 60 Saudi Riyals (a value to be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount).
  • Replacement fee: 60 Saudi Riyals (includes shipping and handling costs).

Sixth: Important Notes

  • A difference in the shade of the fabric due to lighting or screen is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • The presence of some excess threads or shedding of beads by no more than 15% is acceptable in evening dress products.
  • In the event of a clear manufacturing defect (such as stains that do not go away or unacceptable tearing), the customer will receive a full refund.

⚠️ Seventh: Special instructions for delivering shipments to the transport company

  • The shipment must be handed over manually to the shipping company representative .
  • The customer must ensure that the representative has scanned the policy's barcode .
  • Track the shipment status via the tracking link and make sure it is registered as "delivered" .

Eighth: Cases in which returns are not permitted

  • When an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • When products not covered by the policy are returned, they are resent to the customer and the customer bears the full shipping costs.

Ninth: Additional Notes

  • If more than 2 dresses are ordered, the customer is allowed to return only a maximum of two pieces.
  • All dresses in our store are pleasantly scented before shipping to ensure a luxurious experience.
  • Once the product is replaced, the customer loses their right to return it and is not entitled to request a replacement again.
